A network administrator is responsible for the operation and administration of the organization's internal networks, email systems, network security systems and servers. He is fully responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's internal systems. A network administrator has the responsibility to see the configuration and set up of all the new server systems that are very much required for carrying out the internal activities of the organization. There are many more tasks in which a network administrator has to hold complete expertise such as firewall administration, carrying out complete responsibility for the security system, administration of e-mail servers for sending and receiving of e-mails on the company's scale and implementing necessary changes required for proper functioning of the computer systems in the organization.
