Infosys is seeking an ETL/DW QA Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada

Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience:

At least 4 years of in-depth experience in ETL (Informatica), Data Testing / Integration testing, Virtualization, CICD, ETL Automation Testing

At least 3 years of Hands on experience Test Data Management - Data Acquisition, Data Provisioning, Data Sub-setting, Gold copy creation etc

Experience on maintaining production-like data and ensure all PII data is encrypted/masked.

Hands on experience with DB2, Sybase, SQL, Mongo, and other popular database technologies and Unix along with Shell/ Perl/ python scripting

To have 3 years of experience in Insurance domain

Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies

Define and document test cases based on user stories

Assist/mentor team members in automated test development

Work with automation engineers to design frameworks and automation solutions

Should support and mentor onsite-offshore team members

Thorough knowledge in white box test techniques and strong in code coverage concepts & implementation

Experience of producing clear, concise and meaningful test statistic reporting.

Working experience in test data management tools - Quality Center, ALM, TFS, Jira

Effectively interact with interfacing organizations and work together as a team to deliver projects on time.

Work efficiently and demonstrate a high level of energy

Communication and Analytical skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
