Aon is looking for a Technical Business Analyst  As part of an industry-leading team, you will help deliver innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Affinity, in Fort Wayne, In.     Job Responsibilities:  Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs.Responsible for translating business needs into formal and clearly documented business requirements to be used for system designResponsible for identifying requirement and scope related issues and risksLiaison between business/user group representatives and system development personnel during development efforts.Assist in developing and conducting QA acceptance testing plans and criteriaAssist with system support of developed applications through the unique combination of business and system analysis, quality assurance and post implementation product supportUpdate, test and troubleshoot forms & logic to in response to customer requests and regulations. Preferred Experience: Business knowledge of Insurance Underwriting, Policy Administration or ClaimsMicrosoft Office products knowledge, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.Proficiency utilizing the SmartCOMM Next-Gen CCM tool and associated capabilitiesAbility to utilize SmartCOMM’ s Advanced Template Designer & Template EditorWorking knowledge of SmartCOMM Data Modeler design and testing methodsProven analytical skills and ability to identify & implement efficiencies Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet project deadlinesUnderstanding of project management tools and techniquesWorking knowledge of systems development life cycle and systems development methodologies Education: Degree in computer science, information technology (IT) or a comparable discipline preferred.  We offer you: Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions;
