Description

The Senior (Data Governance) Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Senior (Data Governance) Solutions Architect work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

This role partners with the Lead (Data Governance) Solutions Architect to support and drive the development and expansion of Humana's Data Governance platform that supports Humana's Data Governance activities at the enterprise level. You will translate the stewardship program requirements into technical systems solutions, integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces that form the foundation of the platform. You will be part of influencing the implementation of Humana's Enterprise Data Strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Work is performed with minimal direction and you will be required to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience

Experience with data integration and patterns

Experience with cloud technologies such as ADLS, Databricks, and Cloud Warehouse

5-6 years of progressive, demonstrated, information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field

Must be passionate about problems and contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving Humana's use and management of data

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and how Power Platform integrates within Humana's infrastructure

Cloud Certification (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Experience with data warehousing and data pipelines

Humana Vaccination Statement
