ENSCO Inc. is seeking a Cyber Systems Administrator in Springfield VA. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Providing technical expertise for the administration of security toolsImplementing / building-in security systems to software, hardware, and componentsProviding technical input on proposed new cybersecurity tools & infrastructureExperience with managing and monitoring Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systemsDay-to-day maintenance of security infrastructuresWorking with other members of the Information Security team to research and recommend security enhancementsSupporting incident responses and investigationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceMust be able to communicate security initiatives across both technical and non-technical audiencesHave a strong technical background, to include but not limited to networks, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-malware software, data encryption, vulnerability scanners, Windows / Linux system configurations; and being able to contribute to planning and design discussions from a security perspectiveExcellent technical problem solving skillsExperience with security monitoring of Windows and Linux endpoint devicesExperience with security monitoring of virtualization platforms (vSphere)Experience with Splunk and Tenable.ioSecurity monitoring of cloud services (AWS and/or Azure) experience Network Security Administration experience #LI-DM1Information Services is comprised of the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division and Information Security (InfoSec). The IST Division also encompasses responsibility for securing ENSCO’s information infrastructure in accordance with various compliance regulations. IST Division personnel are high performers specializing in information technology while maintaining broad subject matter expertise.
