Aon Is Looking for an IT Data Analyst As an IT Data Analyst for an industry-leading team, you will be a key contributor in delivering innovative support and effective solutions as part of our Operations business group within Aon Service Corporation’s VBES (Voluntary Benefits & Enrollment Solutions) business group in Farmington, CT. Your Impact as an IT Data Analyst The IT Data Analyst supports the Premium Administration operations unit by processing and loading data files to the premium administration platform as well as loading and maintaining rate tables. Additionally, this role provides support to load outbound files to designated secure sites. Job Responsibilities:Load employee level data to premium administration platformLoad product level data to premium administration platform Process, balance, and load data for enrollment product conversion activityLoad rate tables to the premium administration platformAssist with incoming census filesProcess file feeds incoming from various sourcesManually upload outbound files to SFTP siteProject level support as needed to enhance existing processes or proceduresAd hoc reporting as identifiedAdditional support as defined by manager Required Experience:Highly detailed and analytical Strong, articulate verbal & written communicatorExperience with MS applications including MS Excel and MS Access Creative thinker and problem solverEffective multi-tasking skillset, able to juggle competing deadlinesProven organizational skillAbility to function in a matrix reporting environment Preferred Experience:SQL experience2 years of experience in the employee benefits industryBusiness Operations experience Finance and/or Data Analytics experience Education:Bachelor’s degree with preference to Business and/or Finance degree We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
