In the Data Analytics & Visualization team, we are deeply immersed in tracking critical metrics (field metrics like DOA, IFIR and Manufacturing metrics like First Pass Yield) and improving our manufacturing process by using AI & log analytics. We are looking for a Senior Engineer who is a generalist, and passionate about using technology to solve complex business problems.

What You Will Be Doing

Create and maintain end to end data stack, from an optimal data pipeline to a functional visualization layer.

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources into Snowflake

Keep our data secure while building data products to derive business insights from the data

Create data tools for analytics team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.

What You Bring To The Team

Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

Experience processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.

Strong SQL knowledge, as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

Experience visualizing metrics, highlighting & driving actionable insights.

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a candidate with

6 years of experience

, with a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field. They should also have experience using the following software/tools:

Experience with Python as the primary language for 3 years

Experience with relational SQL databases (Postgres).

Demonstrated experience in Linux.

Nice to Have

Experience with front end technologies & frameworks is a plus: Javascript, Angular/React.

Experience with big data tools is a plus: Snowflake, Spark, etc.

Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools is a plus: Airflow, Prefect etc.

Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow is a big plus.
