Identifies new technology solutions and works closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and to develop cost effective strategies aligned with business objectives. Drives the strategy and selection of vendors. Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contracts with the Legal and Contracts departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Reviews licenses and/or contracts to ensure that hardware and software equipment is covered by the contract and properly documented. Oversees the information technology vendor relationship and delivery of outsourced services. Supports the information technology function, evaluates vendor performance, needs assessment, spend optimization and risk management. Directs the lifecycle activities for existing contracts. The Salesforce Enterprise Program Lead will focus on Humana's enterprise relationship with Salesforce, across all lines of business and all products. This role will establish a cadence and rigor around our enterprise Salesforce relationship and orchestrate the appropriate connection points, decisions, and product advancements. Additionally, this role will work closely with the various program teams, the SF COE, coordinate the governance sub-committees and executive committees, manage our enterprise contract, enable product adoption, and other aspects of our overall relationship. The candidate for this role must be able to:
Enable enterprise learning plans and metrics tracking
Work across all SF programs to understand overall health, risks, and needs to raise to SF leadership
Help identify and socialize lessons learned
Contract management
Be the main liaison between Humana and Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
7 or more years of IT and/or DevOps, program management experience
2 or more years of project and or technical experience with Salesforce products
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Proven ability to break down silos, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and leverage resources and opportunities across the enterprise
Experienced organizing and facilitating large format virtual meetings and in person meetings
Excellent oral and written communications skills at all organizational levels, including the ability to skillfully convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
3-5 years of contracting experience
3-5 years of experience owning a vendor relationship
ServiceNow PPM experience
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
