What We’re Looking For:
The Manager, Corporate Technology is primarily responsible for managing a mid-size team of global technologists for the ongoing build, maintenance and support of a full platform Workday instance. In addition, this role oversees the support for additional corporate technology related to financials and payroll, including ADP, NetSuite, credit card processors, transformation software/middleware as well as the Integrations and Security for the same. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a broad group of stakeholders at varying levels to develop solutions and to ensure data consistency, data integrity, and accurate generation for reporting of key data while ensuring compliance-related oversight. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and interpersonal skills, is process-oriented with a keen attention to detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Act as liaison with primary stakeholders for the management of all aspects of maintenance, enhancements, integrations, data integrity, and security related to a full implementation of Workday as well as additional HR and Financial Systems
Documenting and maintaining team processes that include best practices, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Recommending new functionality, tools, and technologies for use in supporting our growing global technology stack across all business units
Providing leadership and support, as coach and mentor and actively assisting in planning and participating in team development
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
2-4 years of experience with ERPs leveraging financials and/or HR technology
2 years of management/team lead experience with small to midsize teams
Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change
Proven experience with vendor management/consultants
Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and ticketing systems
Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology-specific field
