Partner Technical Support Analyst
This position will serve as a technical support specialist for a variety of applications in both production and test environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist partners with onboarding process
Diagnose and solve technical issues with partners
Work closely with other internal teams, including sales, account managers, product, and engineers, to solve technical issues for partners
Train other staff and partners on technical issues as needed
Assist in developing new processes for better efficiencies for partner onboarding and troubleshooting
Handle a Salesforce queue of technical support tickets and route them appropriately to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate resolution of any issue requiring code changes through to completion of release
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Need to be able to explain sophisticated concepts
Organized and pays attention to small details
Phenomenal teammate who takes ownership of (and pride in) your work
Passionate in offering the best quality of service possible to our partners
Comfortable working with new or challenging partner contacts at all levels
Technically savvy – you don’t need to know how to code but preference will be given to candidates that can
You must LOVE to solve problems
You are intellectually curious (you know if you are!)
Bonus Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical subject area
Previous experience in the mortgage industry
Previous experience as Tier II technical support
General awesomeness and a sense of humor
Basic understanding of SQL, JSON, XML, HTTP
