\u003cli\u003eResponsible for maintaining high quality standards thru the development of comprehensive test plans including unit tests, integration tests, behavioral tests, and performance tests.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for exercising due diligence in the technical implementation of security, auditing and data privacy feature sets. Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation.\u0026nbsp; Ensures compliance with the configuration and change management process established by the department.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eContributes to the mentorship and technical development of less experienced software engineers in the organization.\u0026nbsp; Responsible for the onboarding and general introduction of new software engineers to technical roadmaps, implementation strategies, business domains, and other applicable onboarding topics.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for effective verbal and written communication across the organization including management, team members and end users. Responsible for the prompt communication of technical, privacy, and security risks identified during the normal course of the project.\u003c/li\u003e
