The CyberSecurity Operations Center Engineer 2 will become part of a Technology Support And Engineering Team that supports, maintains and establishes technical direction for the Certification Authorities (CA), Registration Authorities and related technologies for Humana's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Key and Certificate Lifecycle Management team.

Responsibilities

The CyberSecurity Operations Center Engineer 2 maintains hardware, software and relative components of an Enterprise PKI environment. Generates, evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of implemented changes. Responsible for resolution of incident to PKI infrastructure. Provide guidance to internal technology associates relative to general usage of certificates. Contributes to a team environment to establish continual process improvements. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Provides 24x7 On Call support on a rotational basis.

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of technical cyber security experience

A solid understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including technology, standards, and implementations, with experience managing, configuring, or supporting a PKI certificate authority (especially Microsoft ADCS).

Experience with certificate management tools (ideally Venafi, Microsoft CA or similar)

Understanding of Cryptography and Key Management

Experience with ServiceNow or other Change/Incident/Problem management ticketing technology

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate Authority Administration

Certificate Enrollment Web Service & Policy Web Service

Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) monitoring

Experience troubleshooting digital certificate issues

Knowledge of platform, operating systems and application keystores

Understanding of smart card technologies

Experience with scripting technologies for purposes of automation (Powershell)

IT system administration experience (systems management, networks, firewalls) in an enterprise environment.

Infrastructure IT (Systems Administration, Network Administration Windows/Linux OS, Network Administration, Active Directory and/or Virtualization).

Experience with user directory technologies for authentication (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Experience with technologies that use TLS/SSL encryption (e.g. Netscaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, WebSphere, DataPower, etc.)

Strong communication skills in working with IT developers and system administrators
