SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Work with the Analytics team to enable data-driven decisions by creating reporting solutions and statistical analysis models.

Mine data to create new Insights into improving Finance,Products,Engineering,Marketing and Sales Operations and Process.

Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision making analysis

Own and run periodic executive reports for company leadership

Creating high impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.

Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required)

Apply statistical or machine learning knowledge to specific business problems and data.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering / Data Sciences

years of relevant work experience (Automation and Data analytics)

7 years experience working on Business Intelligence/Data visualization Tools ( eg: Tableau, SAP BO, etc)

Strong ability to understand and explain compelling stories behind data

Strong mindset to combine business understanding skills with technical skills, to arrive at decision making

Self starter and Innovative problem solving attitude required

Strong proficiency with SQL and the ability to process/interpret large volumes of data

Experience with a programming language such as Python, R is a must have

Good experience working with Microsoft excel

Strong plus to have a working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Netsuite

Excellent communication (verbal and written)

Strong team player and results-driven.
