You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

How you will contribute

You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

Indirect / IT procurement experience nice to have across different markets, including Cyber Security, Networks, Hosting Services and Digital Workplace.

Strategic sourcing and risk management.

An understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

Primary responsibility would be partnering with the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) business to drive best procurement practice and support the delivery of our key value leavers across the procurement and MDS functions.

The role requires building a strong relationship with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leadership team to partner and support them with their ongoing contractual, sourcing and digital transformational requirements. Also, the role is responsible for managing and developing a global team (global sourcing manager and global sourcing specialist).

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

Job specific requirements:

Min 3/5 Years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management roles.

Travel requirements:

5%

From Monday to Friday. Hybrid model role.
