Work you’ll do
As a Solution Manager, SailPoint Architecture & Development you will:
• Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
• Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
• Support a flexible work schedule (to include nights and weekends on occasion).
• Evaluate, Architect, Develop/Build, Install and Support complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
• Responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Sailpoint IIQ, CyberArk, Okta or ForgeRock in a client environment.
• Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience with Active Directory and LDAP
5 years of experience working with Windows servers, databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL), application servers (Tomcat, IIS, Apache).
5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
Experience with cloud computing models (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), zero trust security models, and mobile computing
Experience with HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates.
Experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ including monitoring tasks, initiating certifications and executing reports.
Experience with IAM Architecture (SailPoint IIQ), Design and Security of complex IAM solutions.
Previous experience with SCIM, SOAP, REST and APIs
Exposure on various incident management systems and ticketing tools.
Experience managing Incidents, Service Request and Changes within defined SLAs.
Must be able to maintain required security clearance for this role.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Certification on an IAM product
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Identity Management, Access Management, Role Based Access Control, User Access Certification and Federation
Experience in administration, installation and troubleshooting of IAM solution in an enterprise environment
Experience in maintaining an access management/SSO system in a large, complex organization
Experience in basic installation and updates of the prerequisite databases and LDAP directory servers
Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post production support activities
Good knowledge of best practices in IAM systems design and maintenance
Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management
Understanding of custom changes to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Extensive knowledge and skills in maintaining an access management/SSO system in a large, complex organization
Experience in managing deployments of SailPoint IdentityIQ and access management product
Experience with role mining, role based access control and access certification with SailPoint IdentityIQ
