Sales Force Developer

Client is looking for an experienced SalesForce developer to join our team and participate in development projects and SalesForce administration

Responsibilities

Work closely with our consulting team and directly with clients to architect and develop technology solutions to meet client needs

Lead and mentor the development team on the project

Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions

Contribute excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills/Experience

Bachelors Degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business

10 years experience in developing technology solutions.

7 years experience in Salesforce.com Apex, Visualforce and site development, configuration and administration

5-7 years experience with java based technologies, AJAX Toolkit, Jquery, JavaScript, html5 and css3 and knowledge of SSO technologies

Experience developing and configuring for SF mobiles, touch.salesforce.com and Chatter

Experience in SFDC integrations with 3rd party vendors and free API's using apex web services

Installation and configuration with salesforce.com AppExchange products

Experience with SOQL, database knowledge, data analysis, data loader, MS Access and data cleansing methodologies

Experience with using Agile development methodologies

Prefer Salesforce.com 401 certified or advanced developer 501

Have thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration

Desired Skills/Experience

Experience with a professional consulting organization (e.g. Big 5 consulting).

Extraordinary client facing skills with the ability to solve the clients’ needs and manage scope in a positive way.

Ability to organize and lead client sessions that result in clear requirements and technical design, even when working with non-technical members of client teams.

Ability to generate client sign-off and commitment to these designs and the solution
