Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead with Healthcare domain experience. As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada

At least 4 years of experience with functional test management

Experience with Test Automation including Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution

Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 4 years of core Healthcare domain expertise within the Testing experience; Exposure to US healthcare requirements like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPPA, HealthCare Exchange (HIX), Clinical and Pharmacy domains

At least 4 years of hands on experience in developing Automated test cases (using Behavior driven development and Test driven development methodology – Java/Selenium) and integrating it with a DevOps pipeline for Continuous testing and process automation, with ability to design and maintain scalable frameworks for Web, service and mobile automation. Exposure to IBM rational set of tools such as RFT, RTC, uDeploy, RIT & RTW is must.

Knowledge of integration with DevOps orchestration tool such as Jenkins, BDD parsers such as Cucumber, XMLs for communication within interfaces. Understanding of the SOAP and Rest protocols for Services

Good experience in closely working with various stakeholders to prioritize and define acceptance criteria for user stories in form of System behavior.

Must be self-motivated, and have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills

Very good skills on BDD Framework, Selenium based and cucumber

Able to guide on technical query resolutions

Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
