The team focuses on continuous improvements that make the finance organization more agile, with better financial insights, and greater partnership with solution lines to meet changing business needs.  This role acts as a key leader on Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA), Appian Commissions Accounting (CAS) other Financial Technology projects, using their domain knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective and efficient business solutions.  We need you to act as subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a strong sense of urgency, ownership and creative problem-solving in partnership with Finance, Operations and IT Project Leadership Team and Steering Committee representation for a Key Functional area You will also Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions specific to a key area of Workday PSA/Appian and ensure our team is working in accordance with the Aon Risk Management Framework, and compliance with Aon policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.  How this opportunity is differentYou will lead business, operations and financial stakeholders through business requirement and design sessions to  develop solutions and recommendations which meet requirements and adhere to the global Aon Workday Design.  You will also drive all aspects of implementation tasks including project management, development of test strategy and test scripts and coordination with external / internal vendors on test execution and deployment activities.  This position offers the opportunity to make a large, long-term impact on several key areas of Aon’s core business. Skills and experience that will lead to success •    High level of knowledge/comfort in Workday PSA reporting•    Commissions Accounting understanding a bonus•    Large Project experience, either as a Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager or Program Manager•    Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary•    Ability to build strong relationship with the business to anticipate needs, capitalize on opportunities, deepen client relationships•    Works on highly complex projects with a global versus local focus•    Generates best practices and encourages new and innovative ideas; shows appropriate tenacity in advocacy of ideas with clients•    Manages client and stakeholder expectations; delivers value without compromising quality•    Takes personal accountability for work and invests the time and effort necessary to be successful Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent years of industry experience.  How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
