Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Process Specialist, or other business facing role where technical analysis is required
Proficient with a variety of productivity tools including MS Office Suite, as well as online platforms such as Airtable or SmartSheet
Basic understanding of data modeling and data organization desired.
Ability to work in an environment with immediate deadlines and shifting priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; able to adjust for intended audience.
Experience with Agile methodology
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
Product Management experience
Atlassian product experience (Jira/Confluence)
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Alteryx
Agile Certified Scrum Coach or similar experience

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business System Analyst to join our team who is passionate about diving deep to understand the entire lifecycle of Nike’s enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with stakeholders to develop robust requirements documentation and working with the engineering teams to deliver products that meet the requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with team members of the Office of the General Counsel Tech and partners to gather requirements and identify improvements that help Nike align to our strategic priorities, financial goals, and enterprise objectives for Nike Tech. Core accountabilities of this job include:
Work with Technical Product and Program Managers to ensure all required steps and actions are captured in project plans & timelines.
Translates user requirements into stories for clarity, business value, and acceptance criteria to support the deliverables of the product development team
Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of Feature requirements & understand use cases.
Assist with feature mapping, gap analysis, data flow to help assess business implications of feature, tool, or platform
Lead, conduct, or consult in user acceptance and validation testing to ensure results are acceptable and meet requirements.
Interact and correspond professionally with team members, project management, clients, and other partners.
Demonstrated experience developing functional and non-functional requirements
Define how data and business logic translate to internal applications, platforms and work processes
Develop and publish technical specifications, use cases, and other documentation, as required
Using tools such as Excel, Database applications, Snowflake and others to directly query, assess, and analyze data to meet business needs.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Business Stakeholders & Operations teams to ensure that goals, objectives and work plans of the group align with the product roadmap and priorities. Additionally, you will work with other technology teams that lead the up and down-streams solutions to coordinate dependencies and roadmaps.
