Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Advisory Solution Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Work You’ll Do

Demonstrate strong understanding of and analyze large scale information technology systems, business processes, and security regulatory risk management and security vulnerabilities. Apply risk-based control framework to identify and to evaluate complex business and technology risks. Utilize established test procedures to test IT controls to assess the design and operating effectiveness of application controls. Integrate solutions into clients' business environments and implement IT risk management approaches. Contribute to ensuring deliverables are attained in accordance with project timeline. Will commute within the Mechanicsburg, PA area to consult with clients concerning the above job duties.

Requirements

Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

Five years of cyber risk and Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.

Experience must include five years of:

Designing and implementing enterprise security architecture for public sector Integrated Eligibility (IE) business applications and adhering to Identity & Access Management (IAM) best practices using Microsoft .Net Frameworks, CA SiteMinder, CA Risk Authentication and CA Identity Manager;

Leading design architecture and implementation of Centers For Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Minimum Acceptable Risk Standards for Exchanges (MARS-E 2.0), and AU-1 (Audit and Accountability Policy and Procedures) for Integrated Eligibility (IE) applications using Microsoft .Net, Enterprise Library, CyberArk and Splunk;

Implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and communicating API security protocols using WCF, SOAP, REST, Net TCP, MSMQ, HTTPS, TLS 1.2, and Akana API Gateway;

Preparing project delivery timelines for application integrations utilizing Microsoft Project;

Utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to conduct requirements and design sessions with clients and stakeholders;

Designing enterprise and application architecture based on business and security requirements utilizing Microsoft Visio and Enterprise Architect tools;

Utilizing RDBMS technologies, including Oracle, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL, for security data and designing web infrastructure using Apache, IIS, Tomcat, IBM Websphere application servers and reverse proxy;

Overseeing professionals who create secure Web Applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, VueJS, jQuery, Microsoft .Net frameworks and other web technologies;

Interacting directly with senior management of the project team and project clients to discuss designing and implementing remediation plans and actions; and

Supervising the full lifecycle of projects, including staffing, budgeting, and closing out projects, and reviewing work of other team members.

Less than 10% travel outside of normal commuting distance.
