Job Description
Provide actuarial support for Commercial Large Group Dental and Dental Network, including:
• Completing Commercial Dental date of service monthly reporting
• Management of Dental reporting and network data for Actuarial
• Ad-hoc data requests to support large group dental pricing and network initiatives
• Completion of modeling for National Accounts Dental forecasting/planning cycles.
• Maintain and update UW pricing tools for large group dental while some transition to EV4
Key success factors include:
• Being adaptable in a continuously improving environment
• Becoming key resource on Dental data for both reporting and implementation
• Turning data into information and optimize reports/tools for efficiency
• Support actuarial functions by applying quantitative skills and analytical methods
• Take full ownership of assignments and act as lead where possible
• Communicate results clearly within Actuarial and to UW/Network/Finance partners

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Actuarial Exams are preferred
• Experience with SQL or desire to learn SQL and other programming languages
• Strong technical, analytical, and financial skills
