In this role, you will directly work with key client stakeholders to define the business problem and determine solution requirements for our Medicare/Medicaid NextGen Product Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating outcomes. You'll be part of a dynamic agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

The Senior Software Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or in any of the STEM fields of study

5 or more years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing of Java or .NET software applications

Has proven experience with NoSQL DB (COSMOS or MONGO), User Interfaces, SOA/APIs, and MicroServices.

At least 2 years of hands on experience in the design /development/ deployment/configuration/support of Azure cloud native solutions.

Must possess current Azure Cloud Certification - Developer Associate at a minimum

Should have strong technical skills in NodeJS or TypeScript, APIC, Angular or similar frameworks and Azure App Services.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field of study

Health Insurance IT Experience

Knowledge of containerization, workflow management, orchestration, data streaming.
