The HRIS Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors configuration and production support for systems related activities; coordinating  projects with management, users and vendors; serving as a project leader, with overall responsibility for project implementation; client support includes continual analysis of departmental systems with focus on adding value to all processes; producing training for new processes by performing the following duties.

 

What You'll Do:

*Configure SAP ECC/SuccessFactors system to meet Human Resources department and organizational need that drive efficiencies, compliance and sustainability to meet business objectives. *Create program specifications that include investigating project requests and support issues to document problem and recommend solutions that are in line with business objectives to initiate corrective actions. *Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other related software products. *Test functionality and train end users on new and current functionality. *Work with developers on release configuration, testing, and implementation. *Supervise human resources business analyst(s) and projects.

What We're Seeking:

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. *5-10 years hands on configuration experience and daily production support of Human Resources systems, preferably SAP ECC 6.0 or higher and SuccessFactors EC, RCM, ONB. *Previous experience working in a business analyst capacity, database administrator, information systems, or related field. *MS Office experience. *Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing *Skillful in organizing resources and establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

Job Description

Deliver IT capabilities to human resources functions.  SAP/Success Factors configuration & production support for systems related activities for ECC and EC/RCM/ONB Modules.  Coordinate project implementation & continued analysis of departmental systems to determine IT solutions. 

 

 

Requirements

Need 10 yrs. Post-grad, progressive exp. as SAP Consultant, Solution Architect, or related.  10 yrs. exp. w/: SAP ECC 6.0 or higher, SAP hands-on configuration, & daily SAP production support w/ following:  SD/CS, integration w/ FI, & integration w/ CO.  Exp. can be gained concurrently.  Need BS (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, MIS, or Bus Admin.
