WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; or any combination or relevant experience, education and training.
5 years of leadership experience in program management, management consulting, strategy or a related field with particular focus in Technology
Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
Proven success in portfolio management and large-scale, cross-functional program delivery from strategy to execution
Experience running and driving multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple technologies and business types
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic hard-working environment
Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
The Program Manager will own the end-to-end cross functional management and execution of programs driving the Digital Transformation of Nike in the areas of strategic enterprise capabilities (SEC). This role will collaborate across geos and global technology and key partner functions of the organization to ensure unified strategy, flawless and sequenced execution, and value driven adoption of capabilities within the business.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in coordinating cross functional programs. Building key partnerships, coordinating progress and blockers, and gaining consensus across team will be key to the success profile.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
You will be asked to lead the elevated programs driving the digital transformation of Nike and in doing so be comfortable consistently assessing tradeoffs, risks and making decisions with imperfect information across multiple workstreams. You will assess and understand needs and coordinate teams and resources needed to complete those specifications. You will lead the program and have oversight of its execution and development. You will partner to drive the end-to-end timely, on budget execution of the programs, actively engaging key business and technology portfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood and addressed. You will co-create and develop communications of progress and portfolio reporting and analysis activities!
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will have close partnership with the Portfolio, Product, Program and Strategy functions across the company, across the Geo and Global landscape. You will work closely to coordinate with key teams on dependencies across a new Strategic Enterprise Capabilities roll out.
