POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Data Analyst position is a key contributor across a wide range of strategic projects. They will be responsible for making significant contributions in conducting research, qualitative and quantitative data collection, performing analyses, as well as creating content to support PVH Supply initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Develop data and analytics solutions that support PVH Corporate Supply Power Plan initiatives including (but not limited to) AUC and AUR tracking, speed & agility, sustainability, and supply chain transparency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including - PVH Supply leadership, Offshore Leaders/Teams, Finance, Garment Sourcing, Raw Materials Team, Technical Services/QA team and Corporate Responsibility Team to field requests, conduct analysis, and present findings.
• Respond to data related inquiries to support business and provide innovative analytical insights.
• Manage complex data and business analyses to make clear recommendations that drive strategic decisions.
• Synthesize findings and translate into simplified and understandable recommendations/insights in PowerPoint presentations.
• Be a key contributor across a wide range of strategic projects.
• Responsible to effectively communicate macroeconomic and geopolitical changes and the impact for PVH.
• Develop and maintain strong industry competitive knowledge.
• Work with off shore D&A team on the collection, analysis and visualization of data products. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations, which tell the analytic story, demonstrating the value by providing recommendations for sourcing strategies and FOB roll-ups.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Manage successful knowledge transfer to business units to ensure proper implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: Minimum 4 years in related filed

Education:   Bachelor’s Degree or experience that equates

Skills:  

• Advanced Excel
• Advanced PowerPoint
• SQL (Intermediate to Advanced proficiency)
• Python (Intermediate to Advanced proficiency)
• Intermediate expertise in data visualization using tools like MicroStrategy / Tableau will be a plus
