SUMMARY
Bering Straits Information Technologies, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Microsoft CRM Tier III Support in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate for this job will serve as a Microsoft CRM Tier III Support resource within the Agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The Microsoft CRM Tier III Support
reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for Microsoft CRM System Administration and Tier 3 Support services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, test, and implement CRM and BizTalk solutions based on requirements provided from federal client or stakeholder.
Proactively monitor the environment to ensure key resources and services are functioning within acceptable performance thresholds;
Proactively monitor capacity in the CRM Environment, and take actions as required to avoid degradation or outage;
Manage access into the CRM environment, including management of CRM licenses and user accounts;
Manage backups and restores of CRM data. Serve as a Tier 3 technical support for CRM infrastructure issues;
Audit the CRM application environment to ensure standards are being met. Provide data from logs and reports as required by CISO and audit teams;
Establish and maintain a standard software baseline for CRM to ensure clean FISMA audit findings;
Monitor data model/object changes to ensure they are approved.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; or equivalent post high school education, military and/or work related experience.
Several years of experience as a
CRM System Administration and Tier 3 Support services technician
Microsoft CRM Certifications
Experience with managing multiple tasks associated with Microsoft CRM.
Background in documentation creation including SOP’s and User Guides.
Expertise with the following tools: Microsoft CRM.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
Public Trust or the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Accordingly, U.S. Citizenship is required.
