UI/UX Designer
The Who, What, Where And Why
The Designer, UI/UX will be responsible for the complete User Interface design lifecycle from creating wireframes, mock ups and visual graphics, presenting to the product management and engineering teams, through to reviewing the end products prior to release. You’ll be expected to work within the existing UI / UX design team, using and maintaining standard design patterns and best practices. The Designer, UI/UX is expected to learn on the job towards developing domain and product knowledge along with technical/proprietary skills.
As part of the UI/UX design team, you will work closely with one or more product lines as they modernize their user interfaces. You’ll work in collaboration with the product managers and development teams to define the scope and vision for the products. The solutions will be delivered with a combination of desktop and mobile applications.

What?
Creates clean, modern, innovative design solutions for complex products.
Works in collaboration with product development and produce management teams to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and UI elements.
Partners with the Product teams for planning and development.
Utilizes existing design patterns and templates to produce conceptual mocks quickly and efficiently.
Keeps up to date with the latest UI and UX design trends.
Conducts user research, interviews, help build requirements and evaluate user feedback.
