Description
In this role, you will work on activities leading up to production of Humana's cloud based Omni Channel technology platform. Working directly with key business stakeholder on some of the latest platforms to deliver business capabilities. Collaborating with cross functional business and IT service teams in ensuring operational excellence for this critical Enterprise platform. Responsibilities
To maximize impact, Humana is transitioning to a customer centric operating model in which teams will be built and organized around the customer journey. These new teams will have clear accountability for outcomes and be empowered to design, develop and deliver experiences in support of those outcomes. We are currently in the process of growing our IT Omnichannel Platform Architecture & Product Engineering team supporting the Customer Experience Center Platform. The Customer Experience Center Platform, CECP, will transform our customer experience by making experiences more personalized, insightful and consistent. The platform itself will enable an integrated, horizontal experience for both our customers and our customer facing representatives. Our customers will see direct benefits in shortened and simplified assisted experiences, enhanced self-service experiences, and integrated channel experiences. These capabilities will allow our customer facing representatives the ability focus on the member and their health, creating virtually seamless experiences for the members.
In this role, you will work with a diverse team of subject matter experts, designers, data scientists, engineers and product managers to build and refine our development practices, oversee execution, and continually iterate to ensure success. You will have the opportunity to institute processes that accelerate development and improve coordination across teams.

Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives
Enable team to become self-organizing and self-managing to achieve goals through consistent coaching
Work with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholders
Motivate teams to perform and ensure team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
Identify, address, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and team impediments
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable for the team
Coach a continuous improvement mindset across the organization by building and growing communities of practice
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5 years of technical experience
Experience with the SDLC
Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
Experience leveraging ADO to manage tasks for a technical team
Experience in working in multi-team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Technical documentation abilities
Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology
Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
Scrum Master certification
Previous experience planning and managing large projects
Prior experience in the health solutions industry
Working experience with IT teams
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated (preferred) or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
