The VInA2I organization is a multi-disciplinary team focused on applying advances in Voice Analytics, Conversational AI and Ambient sensing across multiple customer segments and a broad set of use cases spanning end customer innovation at the home to backend systems supporting our associates, care teams and providers. Responsibilities

This person is the primary lead on the program and responsible for the overall technical solution:

Will architect overall solution and guide the development team

Develop required AI platform, components and associated models required for properly training the model

Coordinate and execute AI model training process and data integration activities

Will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies, architectures, ingestion, storage, consumption and delivery processes for complex, large-volume, multi-variate, batch and real time data sets used for modeling

Will participate in and lead technical due diligence to evaluate internal and external vended solutions.

Required Qualifications

Exceptionally skilled in translating the business requirements to the technical development team and knowledge of specific tools and methodologies applied

Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Scala, Python, JavaScript

Strong background in Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision, Speech Language Understanding, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence

Proven track record of leading enterprise and solution architecture delivery and adoption

Excellent writing and oral communication skills, with proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with executives, business stakeholders and technical teams

Broad knowledge of architecture domains, including business, application, data, infrastructure and security architectures

Extensive knowledge of infrastructure architecture design, including cloud-based infrastructure

Demonstrated expertise with one full life cycle analytics engagement across strategy, design and implementation

Experience delivering capabilities including (but not limited to): Omnichannel - Queuing, routing, and experience, Softphone, AI/ML, Chatbots & Voicebots, Voice Authentication, Desktop Process Automation and Analytics, Speech Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, etc.

Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google tensorflow and or other Data Science platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in computer science or a related discipline, such as data science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, or systems engineering

Experience influencing and building mindshare convincingly with any audience. Confident and experienced in public speaking to large audiences

Additional Information

This position can be performed from anywhere in the US

If remote, travel may include trips to Boston and Louisville, KY, not more than 20%
