SUMMARY
(Bering Global Solutions, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified (Senior Functional Analyst, Aircraft Availability Improvement Program Team Member) for (the F-15 EAIS contract at Robins AFB, GA).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of an Aircraft Availability Improvement Program (AAIP) is to improve and sustain fleet Aircraft Availability (AA) to achieve operational requirements. AAIP team member should strive to document, highlight and/or reduce the impact of issues which limit AA. The candidate may need to develop innovative initiatives that assist modifications, maintenance, and/or Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs) Teams to improve or sustain mission capability rates. The said candidate should have a working knowledge of the United States Air Force (USAF) Technical Orders (TOs) and Air Force Instructions (AFI’s) pertaining to AAIP. As an minimum; TO 00-20-2, Maintenance Data Documentation, AFI 63-101/20-101 Integrated Life Cycle Management
, AFI 21-101 Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Management, and/or any other assigned local publications. The candidate shall have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Minimum five years’ experience with USAF Technical Orders and AFI’s in regards to Aircraft Maintenance
Minimum five years’ experience extrapolating data from multiple USAF systems and creating ad hoc reports
Minimum five years’ experience with Microsoft suites
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Ability to comprehend Aircraft Scheduling characteristics and develop alternatives
Understanding of Aircraft Scheduling limitations and impacts to overall aircraft availability
Ability to express ideas and counterpoints from various data points
Preferred
Familiarization with USAF hierarchies
Background in Aircraft Scheduling
Experience with data presentation

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
