Description

We are looking for an experienced mainframe developer that is eager to learn a new system and enjoys working with multiple user groups to deliver new/expanded features and capabilities. The position's primary responsibilities would be related to development and technical analysis tasks, but you will also be involved in the design approach to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Mainframe Developer, you'll work on varied assignments that include moderately complex to complex challenges. You'll exercise your analysis skills in problem solving while ensuring quality in all deliverables. Being organized and a good communicator (verbal and written) are important skills in this role.

Required Qualifications

Experience in the development and implementation of mainframe systems

Experience in most of these languages/products: COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, MQ Series, JCL, Easytrieve, DFSORT/Syncsort, Z/OS IBM Mainframe, TSO/ISPF, ISPW, Soap/Rest Web Service, SQL Server, XML

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in the development of mainframe applications

Experience with Panvalet, ServiceNow

Experience working in an agile-scrum team

Experience with .net web development
