You’ll work with the latest and greatest technologies including OpenStack, NoSQL, Riak, Akka, Spring, Javascript, Groovy and REST based web services and will have a strong focus on quality using test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing frameworks.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll:

Application development and maintenance in order to deliver business value

Software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment

Support applications in production

Key Responsibilities:

• Using current programming language and technologies to write basic code, fix defects

• Write system test scripts, perform testing and resolve software issues

• Documentation to support applications from development to maintenance phase

• Create deployment automation and run books for production support

Required Experience:

• 0 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree or Coding Bootcamp/Code School OR equivalent relevant professional experience

• Javascript experience

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in front end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and or back end development (Java/Groovy/Python)

• Experience in server administration (Linux, Tomcat, Apache Web Server, JBoss, Cassandra)

• Experience with predictive modeling, data mining, or machine learning, using technologies such as TensorFlow, SciKit Learn, or R

• Experience with operating systems and relational databases

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
