Practices (ADP) goal is to design and govern a target state architecture that

meets the strategic business needs and to act as a trusted partner to the

organization, enabling and leading with an ‘Architecture First’ approach.

Accelerating our evolution into a software-based organization, creating the

policies, tools and processes that our software development teams leverage; ADP

delivers innovative, high quality, cost effective, fit-for-purpose technology

solutions for application partners firm wide via GTI. In this role, you will work as part

of a strong, supportive team to create, assess, and review key infrastructure

solutions and associated applications in support of the infrastructure for both

current and JPMC target states.  You will

discuss architecture and assessment findings with senior technical staff and technology

management.','!*!  This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:  BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceExpertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplinesFluency in architecture and design across all systemsKnowledge in at least one area of technical architecture Strategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processes Experience in risk and risk control complianceAbility to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals At least 15 years expertise in software and infrastructure architecture or equivalent amount of time in development with a minimum of five years focused on large system development and with a fundamental understanding of infrastructureSelf-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, and ‘can-do’ attitude.Comfortable leading and reviewing designs and implementations with senior engineers.Experience with infrastructure and solution architecture/documenting architectures.Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, including ability to negotiate compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations as well as interact effectively with peers and management across diverse cultures and fast-pace environment.Drive a culture of change, excellence and innovation which constructively challenges the status quo and leads to prudent experimentation.  Our Global Technology Infrastructure group is a team of innovators who love technology as much as you do.
