Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Web Development Consultant for our HR Transformation team, you will use your knowledge and experience HR Technology packages (Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, SuccessFactors) to optimize HR operations and drive business results. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support Implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks

• Diagnose and resolve defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.)

• Collaborate with fellow functional teams, developers and testers in an agile development environment

• Work with Government Product Owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design

Qualifications

Required

• 2 years related experience in Bootstrap, Angular JS, Microsoft PL/SQL, API, Cascading Style Sheets, HTML5, Javascript, Agile Software Development Methodology

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

• Must live near, or relocate to, the Mechanicsburg, PA area

• A current government security clearance, or the ability to hold a clearance is required

Preferred

• Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD development experience

• Professional oral and written communication skills

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Angular, REST API, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)

• General System Admin experience in ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors

• Security/access configuration in ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors

• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

• Secret clearance
