Responsibilities

Knowledge of HR processes Supply in general and SAP HCM in particular. Should be able to work on multiple modules of SAP HCM e.g. SAP OM, PA, ESS/MSS, ECM, Talent

Work on Implementation/Support/Rollout of SAP HCM solution.

Knowledge of different Business Processes in a SAP based environment

Customer interaction to understand process architecture, business process pain points, transformation / migration requirements

Understand Customer's As-Is application architecture, awareness of different available SAP solution options for the business processes& architect SAP Composite Application based solutioning.

To be able to work in an onsite offshore model, which involves coordination across different teams.

Support Pre-Sales activities.

Publish Thought Papers on SAP Forums, Technology & Research Platforms

Skills

SAP OM, PA, ESS/MSS, ECM, Talent (Performance as min), basic time and payroll, should understand ABAP HR at debugging level

Technology experience of working in an SAP environment.

-Exposure to RFP solutioning and pre-sales activities

Knowledge of other HCM applications and best of breed HCM products     

5 years of work experience in SAP HCM

At least 2 complete lifecycle experience of SAP HCM projects

Implementation, development and support experience

team management experience

Expert knowledge of SAP in validated environment.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree

Experience Required ( In Years)

A Minimum 5 years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skills is required for this role
