PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Commute & Transportation Services team manages transportation planning and transportation demand management (TDM) programs for a large Puget Sound campus and corporate office facilities across North America. The team is dedicated to providing employees with a variety of innovative transportation options that reduce their reliance on driving alone.
JOB SUMMARY
The Commute and Transportation Data Analyst II will work closely with the TDM Program Manager and other internal stakeholders to perform critical data and business analysis, as well as overall business support, for the Commute & Transportation Services program. Duties may include shuttle and transit ridership analysis, shuttle scheduling, shuttle and parking capacity planning, overall network performance metrics, sustainability metrics, technology performance review, reporting, database management and others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a single point of contact with the client; proactively provide timely, relevant and coherent program level data as needed or requested.
Develop program-level processes and systems for recording, monitoring, analysing and reporting key data and information. Identify where procedures and processes are not aligned with CBRE or client best practices or audit standards and provide recommendations for process improvements and controls.
Collaborate as needed with client IT team and serve as the official IT liaison between the commute program and client IT, sharing knowledge, expertise, and input as appropriate.
Identify and track required data and information related to ridership, route performance, on-time arrival, program adoption and usage, and other.
Collect, analyze and prepare data for presentation to client in a clear, timely, and logical format.
Field and respond to questions and escalations in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Perform other business analysis and business support functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA/BS in business, transportation, real estate, planning or a related field.
2-4 years of experience working in a corporate office environment in a business analyst capacity.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of database systems and reporting software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and pro-actively manage workload and time.
Enthusiasm for / interest in sustainable transportation.
Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement.
Experience with Tableau a plus

OTHER SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced skills with database management and data analysis.
ArcGIS experience is a plus.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills. Highly adaptable and flexible. Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
