\u003cli\u003eAssist ITSM Manager with Change Management activities; serving as primary delegate to lead Change Advisory Board meetings and following up on change requests as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide expert feedback and analysis to external program teams, including the Infrastructure Resilience program team(s) as part of the firm\u0026rsquo;s Business Resilience program.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePartner with business unit leadership and management to develop security control responses, document/update status, and organize mitigation planning and response for Infrastructure.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist in the preparation and participate in the performance of testing exercises related to business continuity and/or disaster recovery.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with Information Privacy and Protection (IPP) staff to provide infrastructure documentation and evidence in support of Firm compliance iniatives and ensuring it is incorporated into other associated policies and procedures.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e\u0026nbsp;Document program requirements in Firm\u0027s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool or other appropriate repository, ensuring the documentation is well-structured, current, actionable, accurate and easily consumable.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eFacilitate annual review of assigned Infrastructure security controls and ensure responses are current and meet compliance and reporting requirements.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with senior managers to develop appropriate training for staff reponsible for compliance reporting activities.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated ability to define and document detailed step-by-step processes; evaluate existing processes with attention to detail and identify changes to mitigate business continuation risks; develop training materials for end users to execute against processes during continuity event.\u003c/li\u003e
