Work you’ll do

• Lead in developing detailed high availability and disaster recovery architectures for applications and systems in environments with multiple data centers, cloud-based solutions, and technology platforms with diverse storage operations, platforms, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and databases.

• Support high-profile incident response activities including response to natural disasters, man-made disasters, cyber events, pandemics, and other crises scenarios.

• Engage in technology transformation, business impact analysis, risk analysis, service continuity assessment, plan documentation, and testing activities

• Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership in client organizations and external market place

• Deliver senior level project management, practice operations/development, sales, innovation, eminence-building and people development.

Deloitte Advisory's Cyber Risk team helps complex organizations more confidently pursue their growth, innovation and performance agendas through proactive management of the associated cyber risks. Our professionals design, deploy, and assess IT resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management solutions for client technical infrastructure, applications and business processes to help clients transform their legacy programs into proactive Secure.Vigilant.Resilient.TM cyber risk programs. Qualifications

Required:

• Practical experience with Network Engineering, Server Administration, Workstation Administration, Security Log Analysis, or Incident Response functions

• Experience managing teams conducting or delivering cybersecurity service

• Previous experience working in information technology security function at a higher-education institution

• Exposure to recovery in virtualized environments including Cloud technologies, Wintel and Unix/Linux Infrastructure IT environments, Wide Area Network (WAN) principles, and power distribution redundancy.

• Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST (800-171, 800-53), and FedRAMP

• 6 years of experience performing or assisting with cyber security assessments, preparing cyber strategy/roadmaps, or business value relationship/communications

• BA/BS in information technology or related field or significant industry work experience

Preferred:

• Masters Degree

• CISSP certification
