As a member of the Finance Digital Technology (DT) Transformation team, responsible for leading multiple initiatives that support the development of a new operating model between Finance DT, GE Businesses, and third-party partners. Oversee 2-3 employees who will be executing on day-to-day governance activities while engaging and driving key strategic initiatives. Responsible for tracking and managing to an annual budget of $20 M. Ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, budget and of desired quality. Define execution standards and processes to be followed by all project managers within the program or department. Provide strategic oversight and governance activities of a new GE operating model. Manage the sponsorship of >700 contractor resources. Responsible for ensuring safety and security of GE content. Own the renegotiation of >10 software contracts on an annual basis and measuring Service Level Agreements included in the total company MSA to ensure no disruption in ongoing operations. Participate in council between Finance DT, GE businesses, CoreTech and third-party partners to jointly govern program, incident, enhancement and release management. Monitor performance of partner for critical service levels and key measures. Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all projects within the program. Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts based on budget, scope and timeline. Manage legacy contracts including contingent worker and software through transition to new third parties. Coordinate execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking. Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required. Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project. Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives. Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations. Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected. Perform initial and final financial reviews, and ensure ongoing budget tracking.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering, and 8 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related IT occupation required. The position also requires: 5 years of experience in Software Development Project Management including project and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global projects; 1 year experience using one or all of the following systems: ServiceNow, FieldGlass and some form of identity/ access management system (any system used to manage contingent workers, system or distribution list access requests); 2 years experience managing an IT budget of $1M or greater; 1 year experience managing contractor resources; and 1 year experience negotiating vendor contracts.
