The University of Plymouth, a leading University in the South West, is seeking to recruit a skilled Operations & Maintenance Analyst to work as part of the Technology and Information Services (TIS) – Windows Desktop team. Essential skills SCCM Knowledge Active Directory - groups, devices, users and OUs Group Policy, creation, modifying and deploying GPOs Windows 10 deployment and configuration Desirable skills Knowledge of configuration management tools such as, Intune and Autopilot Application packaging and distribution PowerShell License Management Endpoint Management For further details please see job description. You will require a thorough understanding, knowledge, and experience of the provision of 3rd line support to 2nd and 1st line teams alongside maintenance and optimisation of the university’s applications and infrastructure. Working in an experienced team and alongside other Windows Desktop staff we expect you to have the energy and passion to deliver and support a range of technologies.
