SUMMARY
Global Support Services, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to provide support to the Air Force’s Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis, Planning, and Execution (ESCAPE) project. This Supply Chain Data Analyst position will assist the AFMC/A4NL ESCAPE Functional Service Management Office (FSMO) data team at Wright Patterson AFB (Fairborn, Ohio) in defining data requirements and business rules to allow for the design, development, testing/evaluation, implementation and sustainment of the ESCAPE program, interfacing legacy systems and other capability initiatives. The Supply Chain Data Analyst will work with stakeholders, including technical management, functional management, project management, and business process SMEs to collect and define the data requirements needed to meet specific business capabilities. The Supply Chain Data Analyst documents this information using tools and reports that show how current and future data needs of Air Force Supply Chain Planning will be met. The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support the documentation, training, and provide functional user support as the Air Force rolls out the new supply chain planning solution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the identification, definition, and configuration of business rules and the implementation of operational, transitional and data exposure interfaces for ESCAPE
Perform data requirements assessments and data cleansing to support testing, training, and deployment operations
Participate in Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews and workshops to elicit data-related information associated with current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business processes
Identify and describe data flows in “As-Is” and “To-Be” process models
Develop and maintain the data interchange and data management plans
Review and analyze existing architectural documentation and other program information related to data
Support identification of laws, regulations, and/or policies associated with ESCAPE data
Decomposes data flows by identifying and defining data requirements at the data element level
Research and document authoritative sources of the data
Possesses a strong familiarity with Air Force legacy supply chain systems, especially the Stock Control System (D035) suite to include Item Manager Wholesale Requisition Process (D035A), Reportable Asset Management Process (D035C), Readiness Based Leveling (D035E), Wholesale and Retail Receiving and Shipping (WARRS) (D035K)
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools; including Microsoft Visio

At least 10 years of broad/diverse background and experience in business and data analyses for Air Force Supply Chain legacy systems
Can assess current processes and systems/applications and determine future state
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or System Engineering or other related fields
All applicants must have United States citizenship, and be able to pass a background investigation – preferably for a Secret Clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work seamlessly with diverse teams
May require travel away from normal duty station (Up to 25%)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
