The Information Technology Systems Engineer in Pueblo, CO will work in all areas of IT to provide technical assistance to ENSCO staff and participate in the support of the IT infrastructure at the Transportation Technology Center (TTC). Duties will include the following:- Provide desktop and software end user support to troubleshoot and resolve device issues- Participate in IT project planning and implementation & support software deployments and upgrades- Perform system administration related tasks such as imaging and deploying windows based workstations- Assist with developing and maintaining end user, and internal IT documentation by documenting common support questions and answers • U.S. Citizenship required• Completion of science oriented Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience • 3 years of relevant work experience• Familiarity with PC hardware – experience building PCs and/or troubleshooting PCs to card level• Windows OS – experience installing current Microsoft windows operating system, locating, installing, and upgrading drivers, experience customizing and configuring the OS to suit preferences or requirements• Applications – experience with common Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) including browsers, compression utilities, password management, runtimes, media/codecs, and security utilities• Access Control – experience with the account management lifecycle, including permission management, account creation and account deletion • Office – experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite Experience with:PowerShell scriptingAtlassian softwareSVN and GIT source code repositoryTomcat, Apache, IIS servicesMSSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle databasesVMware hypervisors and technologiesActive Directory and GPODuo Cisco AMPWorkspace OneAzure Cisco networking and firewallingHelpdesk supportSharePoint#LI-DM1The Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division is responsible for building and operating ENSCO’s critical information technology systems and services.
