Job Description:
The Legal & Government Relations (GR) Portfolio supports key applications which support Royal Dutch Shell (RDS) Group’s ability to fulfill its legal, compliance, and government relations obligations. The Legal & GR Service Operations Management (SOM) Team is the end-to-end accountable for operating IT solutions used and sponsored by the Legal & GR department. Where the applications are managed by other IT service lines within RDS, Legal & GR SOM acts as integrators to ensure that the end-to-end landscapes are working securely, reliably, and affordably.
One of the critical processes supported by a complex IT solutions, supported by multiple teams is e-Discovery. The purpose of this role is to provide functional and technical support for e-Discovery.
Accountabilities
Act as the IT functional and technical expert for IT systems supporting e-Discovery processes
Act as an interface/integrator between the Business and other IT teams supporting the service
Work with technical engineers from both Shell and vendors (including Microsoft, TCS, and TSI) on break-fixes, incidents, and product development
Participate and contribute to knowledge management process by documenting new issues and process in knowledge repository and share to the team as knowledge sharing session
Have broader understanding of environment to be able to provide additional insight to problem solving that has a greater benefit for the larger IT and Shell communities
Support the portfolio Lead OLM to effectively represent Legal Litigation Team in IT Leadership escalations

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree or holds a professional qualification required.
Minimum three (3) years' relevant experience.
Functional and technical experience with Security & Compliance Center in a support capacity and not just as an end-user of the tool.
Functional and technical experience in other Microsoft suites (i.e. Exchange, ODB, SPO).
Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross-cultural, cross-timezone organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in other e-Discovery tools will be considered as advantageous.
Experience in the area of Legal & GR will be considered as advantageous.
