In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate the technical and business discussions relative to future architectural direction across multiple teams and ERP platforms.
Analyze, design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
The position will be responsible on coordinating cloud solutions optimization, security, and data integrity for the Power ERP applications. In this leadership you will drive cloud migration programs and drive best practices for cloud migration across the company.
As a leader you will be key in driving programs establishing Power’s IT ERP infrastructure and hardware, software, and services to ensure it supports established enterprise goals.
The role includes responsibility of Integration Architecture designing and implementing and re-engineering all integration points between ERP and related systems.
This technical leadership role will drive and determine the right technology adoption as well as the right roadmap for the overall Power ERP landscape. The leader will lead a team of architects to drive technology solutions that are effective and have strong business capability focus.
You will be responsible for overseeing and driving improving & upgrading ERP software and hardware to ensure ERP resiliency and support. You will also need to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies and product roadmaps for ERP software, services and infra hardware
This leader will partner with other technical architects, platform leadership, business partners, as well as functional leads in areas such as Security, Privacy, IT Compliance, Business Intelligence, and Data Governance to ensure that ERP platform capabilities are meeting the needs and standards of diverse stakeholders.
The position will be responsible to Mentor/coach senior architect team members and focus on continuous learning and improvement
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent knowledge / experience
Significant years of IT professional experience along with established leadership credentials across product lines.
GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed.

Desired Characteristics:
Considerable years of professional experience in Software Development Project Management including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and organizations.
Experience in ERP and Cloud Data Conversion initiatives.
Ability to translate strategic business objectives and needs to platform architecture requirements.
Experience working as a technical Architect. Cloud Application Technology Certified is preferred.
Experience in cloud computing, system architecture, strategy development and enterprise solutions.
Proven experience of working with executive-level stakeholders to define overall IT strategy and managing large portfolio of projects
Track record of driving IT innovation and technology-driven business outcomes
Experience managing budgets including annual budgets and large-scale projects
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through job experience.
