The SFDC Technical architect will report into the revenue operations department and will lead SFDC activities and development work related to M&A activity, improvement projects, and the overall management of Mitratech's CRM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project manage and prioritization of multiple projects

Design, build, test, and troubleshoot system changes

Work in an Agile environment

Prepare and plan for upgrades and enhancements, and partnering closely with business partners

Work with all department heads, team members, business analyst, and stakeholders to intake requirements and develop solutions against them

Mapping out external salesforce systems to internal systems, process consolidation, and project management

Develop and build out best-in-class systems via the Salesforce Platform to assist with growth affecting all areas of our business

Build out processes and procedures to improve team's ability to deliver quality solutions on the Salesforce Platform

Requirements & Skills:

BA degree

3 years of Salesforce development experience, including the entire SDLC (planning, analysis, design, build, test, and maintenance

Salesforce admin certification

Full Salesforce automation proficiency (Apex, Flow)

Experience working in a high paced SaaS environment

You have strong experience with consulting, and experience in system implementations, merger integrations, business transformation and change management
