Responsibilities
Do you have experience with agile transformations and want to help drive our operational transformation? Want to also help drive other initiatives such as keeping our technology modern and ensure we are prepared for disaster recovery? This role will help drive the operational effectiveness of MACS delivery teams and our business partners.
The Senior Technology Solutions Professional devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Senior Technology Solutions Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years experience with agile operations, technology lifecycle management, disaster recovery or a combination of these experiences
Solid understanding of IT operations, technology, communications and processes
5 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Successful collaboration and project experience across matrixed teams
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud operations experience
IT Cyber Security experience
Additional Information
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
