Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Patient Operations Business System Analyst to support Patient Operations in the development and support of the Global Patient Services (GPS) program. GPS is an e-system developed on a Salesforce platform that includes Patient Scheduling & Logistics, Account Management, Case Management, and external facing portals for providers. The position will play a key role in supporting GPS operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand key business processes and work flows of Patient Scheduling and Apheresis Operations teams to support daily operational business needs
Participate in requirement grooming for new product releases
Leverage functional requirements, user stories, and procedures to write test scripts that align with the business key process flows
Support and participate in UAT, OQ, and PQ testing
Assist in writing and updating Patient Operation's Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to support implementation of GPS releases
Work across the Enterprise Integration teams to maintain master data synchronization
Represent the Patient Operations team for any operational incidents and follow through with internal / vendor support teams to ensure resolution and documentation
Represent the Patient Operations team for minor changes and enhancements to the GPS application and ensure good GMP documentation is maintained
Assess impacts to GPS and the Patient Operations team from changes to integrated systems or related business process changes
Manage periodic reviews and metrics for support tickets, user access provisioning, and system changes
Assist in management of operational reports
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science or technology
5 years of experience working in the technology / healthcare area, preferably as a systems or business analyst
Systems implementations / deployment
Basic understanding of the operation and development of major e-systems
Knowledge in operations of a validated GMP/GXP systems
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrate the ability to work in a high pace and frequently shifting environment
Ability to identify a problem and drive the problem to resolution
Preferred qualifications:
Strong preference for Salesforce experience - ability to do configurations
Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
Knowledge in Agile software development
Software validation experience
