Description
The Senior Demand and Portfolio Management Professional collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Senior Demand and Portfolio Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Demand and Portfolio Management Professional organizes and prioritizes projects and programs based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
This role will support technology lifecycle management by bringing a focus for program stability/maintenance and data integrity assurance in an effort to move forward lifecycle initiatives both forecasted and inflight.
Key responsibilities include:
Employ ServiceNow power user experience to support TLM program and reporting needs, and provide guidance on implementation decisions for TLM needs
Serve as a liaison for ITSM teams to provide visibility into TLM needs and requirements as it relates to IT assets, including guidance on complete and accurate data needs
Lead ServiceNow bi-annual implementation enhancement efforts to ensure TLM is engaged from all aspects of requirements including but not limited to drafting requirements, writing test cases, performing UAT, and regression testing
Act as the TLM Champion for ServiceNow product owner and teamspace maintenance needs, as a regular occurrence and as necessary for enhancements
Project Manage all aspects of the TLM teams tool needs
Fully understand the TLM planning and execution model and processes in order to interpret those needs in support of tool enhancements and new requirements
Monitor application data for inflight lifecycle initiatives to ensure compliant with data integrity standards
Ensure assets from cloud deployments are adequately tracked and included in technology data
Interpret reporting, metrics, and dashboard needs to ensure tools provide a clear visibility into current state and inflight statuses, exceptions, required extended support costs, issues and risks across lifecycle initiatives
Research and respond to questions specific to ServiceNow TLM Teamspace and provide consistent guidance to IT Owners impacted by the initiative
Work behind the scenes to eliminate obstacles and solve problems to clear the path for IT Owners to successfully complete remediation

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; or 5 or more years of technical experience
Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Project Management experience
Experience in data analytics used for producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 8 years of related experience
Experience in the health insurance industry and/or in information technology
Experience with SharePoint development, intermediate to advance user
