As Zero Trust Cyber Security Manager you will build out the program, practice, and team of highly skilled and focused members providing zero trust services. Responsibilities include assisting in protecting company applications and client data from exploitation or misuse, supporting the design and implementation of zero trust principles, implementing and oversight for identity assurance, device assurance, and related access controls. Your work will help develop, enhance, drive the vision, and effectiveness in practice of the zero trust security program aligning with NIST 800-207 core principles.
As an Cyber Security Manager, you will develop and execute ADP's zero trust strategy leveraging deep cross-fucntional experience and knowledge across identity, device, network, and cloud security disciplines in conjunction with numerous teams across ADP: IT Architecture, Security Engineering, Data Stewards, Project Management, Legal, Data Privacy and IT Operations to develop, enhance, and drive the vision and effectiveness of the zero trust program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here is what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Zero Trust Security Services Manager at ADP.
Lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams in implementing and achieving ADP's zero trust roadmap and maturity goals. Particpate as a lead in the the zero trust governance and cross-fucntional leadership meetings engaging with teams including strategic program and project managers, enterprise technology, privacy, and information security personnel to create and drive a future vision for next generation zero trust security. Provide input and feedback on security architectures, and influence others with your expertise. Leverage deep cross-discipline knowledge and experience to help shape ADP's security policies and standards for use in cloud and hybrid environments. Provide expertise in information security architectures and systems engineering to other IT and business teams.
Influcence security by design with your subject matter expertise. Intergrate zero trust concepts and cybersecurity control into network, identify, data, and cloud solutions. Continually improve program outcomes, address gaps, and reduce risk to ADP's infrastructure, processes, and sensitive data. Organize and coordinate supporting services for testing, deployment of new technical design specifications, implementation, and configuration of software suites.
Enable the comprehensive orchestration, continual tuning, and automation of security processes to dynamically magage access to resources. Identify and drive integration of threat feeds to enhance decisions around network, system, and data access.
Maintain expert level understanding of emerging Zero Trust concepts, approaches and technologies that provide relevant mitigating controls. Provide consulting services to the organization ensuring adherence with ADP's data security standards and industry best practices. Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships that support zero trust enablement. Ensure compliance, drive control coverage, and define technical policies for cloud security controls across multiple workloads and environments.
Drive discovery and prioritize remediation of data controls to meet audit, compliance, and ADP's security requirements, policies, and standards. Ensure initiatives adhere to continually changing privacy and legal compliance requirements. Assess and evaluate end point and data security control effectiveness, and drive towards improved control effectiveness, consistency, and maturity across the organization.
A college degree is great, but not required. What is more important is having the skills and experience to do the job.

Proven Experienced Winner. Minimum of eight years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including planning, implementing, and running security capabilities, work well with key collaborators (security partners, technology teams, business units) to help improve solution designs that adapt to ADP complex and dynamice enterprise environment. Possess strong analytical skills and cross-functional knowledge of multiple cybersecurity disciplines, in addition to strong knowledge and working experience with, network, Identity, data and cloud security controls and technologies.
Skilled Technical Expert. Possess a vast background (additional certificates help support your deep security knowledge (CISSP, GSEC, CISA, CISM, CRISC), comprising of functional experience working in a global hybrid cloud environment, including AWS, Azure, O365, and Google Cloud Platform. Possess s trong analytical skills and cross-functional knowledge of multiple cybersecurity domains. Leverage data to tell a story, influence priorities, and set direction. S uperb at defining and documenting business processes and controls. Posess experience with a major scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) for systems automation will be an added benefit to this role!

Combined 8 years in cybersecurity, network security, Identity and access, and/or data security
Experience and knowledge with Zero Trust Network concepts, architectures, and designs
Cyber Security, Network Security certification and or demonstrable equivalent experience.
