The Field Sales Executive has responsibility for planning and executing sales actions among designated regional prospects in order to meet and exceed budget, profitability and revenue targets. Duties include:
• Responsible for the full life cycle of sales activity related to acquiring new business. This includes facilitation of meetings with prospect clients within LTC facilities, forecasting, contracting, pricing, negotiation, participation in Trade Shows, and Conventions. In partnership with operations, ensures the successful on-boarding of new accounts.
• Effectively demonstrates the Omnicare Value Proposition. Maintains and improves relationships with clients by providing support, information, and mentorship; Researches and recommends new opportunities that improve profitability and meet customer service needs. Acts as a trusted advisor to customers through a comprehensive understanding the business.
• Regularly contributes to the overall effectiveness of the entire market-based team. Assesses risks and opportunities and develops actions plans to address. Maintains ongoing market knowledge and shares this information with the team to maintain market leadership status.
• Directly responsible for delivering new sales revenue numbers for the designated prospects and/or key account targets within designated regions. Consistently and effectively utilizes the customer relationship management system and available marketing and sales effectiveness tools and resources.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,400
Maximum: 124,100
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated full life-cycle sales experience within a complex services organization.
• Ability to travel a multi-state territory up to 75% of the time including overnight travel as needed. May require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and a reliable vehicle that is appropriately insured to meet the requirements of the job.
•.Notwithstanding the language in the below COVID Requirements section that references exemption from the vaccine requirement for medical or religious reasons, successful candidates for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their start date. Preferred Qualifications
Proven successful sales history with 5-7 years' experience working with key business professionals of varying organization sizes, from local to regional scale.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, analytics, problem solving, time management, and business insight.
• Working knowledge of computers in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or a related equivalent experience.
